At Love & Grace, our goal is to spread the love and grace of Jesus, and that includes making sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your purchase doesn't fit, or if you are not delighted with it, we're here to help make it right!

1. Our Simple Return Window

You have 21 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or exchange.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged.
• Original Tags: Clothing must have all original tags still attached.
• Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging, if possible.
• Proof of Purchase: You must include the original packing slip with your return.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Returning or exchanging an item is easy:

1. Contact Us: Send an email to loveandgraceinfo@gmail.com with the subject line: "Return/Exchange Request - Order # [Your Order Number]".
2. Provide Details: In the email, please include:

• Your Order Number.
• The specific item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
• The reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, defective, change of mind).
• For exchanges, let us know the new size or item you would like.

1. Ship It Back: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Refunds and Processing

• Refund Method: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Items that Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

For hygienic and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Jewelry, Stickers

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect every item before it ships, but if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, within 7 days of delivery, at loveandgraceinfo@gmail.com. We will gladly replace the item and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective merchandise.
